Terms of Service
Last updated: July 27, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Plumbing Outfitters ("we," "us," or "our"), a master-plumber-owned plumbing company located at 24 CR 496, Taylor, TX 76574, Texas Responsible Master Plumber license M-41984. By using plumbingoutfitters.com or booking service with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Human / legal review required. This page is an engineering compliance draft. Governing law, venue, and liability wording must be confirmed by counsel before treating this text as final.
Our services
Plumbing Outfitters provides residential and light-commercial plumbing services across Central Texas. That includes water heaters, tankless systems, drain cleaning, sewer and water lines, gas lines, leak detection, slab leak repair, repiping, faucets and fixtures, toilets, showers and bathtubs, garbage disposals, sump pumps, water softeners, and water filtration. When a plumbing problem stops your home or light-commercial space from working as it should, our job is to diagnose it and complete the repair or installation.
Scheduling, estimates, and pricing
Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking. Estimates are given in good faith based on the information available. On-site conditions can change the scope of work. If that happens, we explain the change and get your approval before the work begins. We do not charge a dispatch fee. Flat-rate pricing is confirmed before work starts when that model applies to the job.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless other arrangements, such as financing, are made in advance. We do not collect credit or debit card numbers on this website. Card payments are handled at the time of service through secure payment tools.
Financing
Financing may be offered through Wells Fargo Retail Services. The application happens on Wells Fargo's own secure website, not on this site. Financing is subject to credit approval, and Wells Fargo's own terms apply to any account. We do not make credit decisions and do not store your financing application on this website.
Service visits and access
For scheduled work, you agree to give our technicians safe access to the work area at the agreed time. If we cannot reach the plumbing system, or if the visit cannot happen for reasons on your side, we may need to reschedule. Please tell us in advance if your appointment needs to change.
Memberships, warranties, and guarantees
The Wayfinder Wolf Pack Membership and our written warranties have their own terms. Repair workmanship is covered for one year, installations for three years, and lifetime workmanship requires an active Wayfinder Wolf Pack Membership, as published on this site. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms for a specific job are stated on your invoice or service agreement, and that document controls for that job.
Text messages
Our forms include an optional checkbox for text message consent. Message frequency varies, msg and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The full program terms are in the text message section of our Privacy Policy.
Using this website
The content on this website is for general information only and is not a binding offer. We may update content, services, pricing, and these terms at any time. The text, images, logos, Wayfinder Wolf mascot, and design of this site belong to Plumbing Outfitters or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You also agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or submit false or harmful information through our forms.
Online booking and third-party tools
Online booking uses ServiceTitan Scheduling Pro. Financing uses Wells Fargo Retail Services. Those third-party tools have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices beyond what our Privacy Policy describes for information we receive from them.
No website chatbot
This website does not include an AI chatbot that takes customer messages. Educational pages may discuss why chatbot pricing is unreliable. Service requests go through phone, forms, or the booking widget to a human team.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep the information on it accurate and current, but we do not promise the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plumbing Outfitters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here changes the warranty terms stated on your invoice or service agreement.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability and changes
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
