As our team has grown from a one-man show to over 21 members strong, our core values have remained solid. Meet our team
Warren Stroud
Warren Stroud is the Owner and Founder of Plumbing Outfitters. He is local to central Texas; raised in Coupland, and currently resides in Granger with his wife, Ashley and children. Warren graduated in 2005 from his home-school program and began as a Plumbing Apprentice shortly after. He learned valuable technical skills in various areas of plumbing over the course of 12 years – ranging from new construction plumbing to residential service. He is passionate about bringing professionalism and craftsmanship back to the trades. When he is not plumbing or growing his business, you are likely to find him, playing guitar, camping with his family, or going on a kayaking adventure.
Ashley Stroud
Ashley is a Journeyman Plumber and an Owner of Plumbing Outfitters. Prior to launching this family company she was an emergency room trauma nurse. She finds the excitement, stress, and adrenaline of owning a small business on par with that of her prior work history in the hospital. She married Warren, high school sweethearts, at the ripe age of 17 and they have been married almost 15 years. They are an adventurous family – you are likely to find them kayaking, camping, hiking, or playing outside most every weekend. Her passions include homeschooling her children and traveling.
Jess Shaw
Jess Shaw joined Plumbing Outfitters in 2022. He has many years of experience in Residential Plumbing Services. He resides in Taylor with his wife and daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family, BBQing, hunting and fishing.
Kevin Kalin
With over 25 years of plumbing experience and 8 years of service in the Navy, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and discipline to his role as project manager. A journeyman plumber, he enjoys working with his hands and solving complex problems. Outside of work, Kevin and his family embrace homesteading just outside of Taylor. As a proud father of three, he spends his free time enjoying the simple pleasures of rural life.
Christina Hatley
Christina Hatley, our Admin Lead, lives in Coupland with her husband and children. When she’s not busy keeping things organized, she enjoys gardening and dreaming of visiting Iceland someday. Her favorite childhood memory is the cheerful sound of ice cream trucks, and if she had a million dollars, she’d start by building her dream home. Christina’s love for seafood and her wish for telepathy at the Jean Grey level reflect her creative and vibrant personality, which shines in everything she does at Plumbing Outfitters.
Amy Ponce
Amy Ponce, our Dispatch Lead, lives in Hutto with her children. She’s the heart of our scheduling team, keeping everything running smoothly. Amy loves spending quality time with her family and has a knack for creating moments of joy and connection. Her dedication and warmth make her an invaluable part of the Plumbing Outfitters family.
Myriah Sandifer
Myriah Sandifer, our CSR Lead, lives in Thrall with her husband and children. She loves spending time with her family and dreams of traveling to Australia one day. A favorite childhood memory of hers is cheering her school’s football team to State victories three years in a row. Her wish to read minds reflects her thoughtful and caring nature, which shines through in her leadership at Plumbing Outfitters.
Kaelan Atkinson
Kaelan Atkinson, one of our dedicated CSRs, lives in Rockdale. A big fan of Cody Johnson, Kaelan dreams of teleporting to beautiful destinations like Belize and cherishes childhood memories of summer beach trips. With a love for pasta and steak, Kaelan’s warmth and enthusiasm shine in every customer interaction. If Kaelan had a million dollars, the first priority would be building a house on a big piece of land for both themself and their mom.
Brittny Burrow
Brittny Burow, one of our incredible CSRs, brings her energy and passion to every interaction. She dreams of teleporting to Switzerland or reliving her adventures traveling in Australia and Alaska. A favorite memory is being on three competitive cheerleading teams and her high school team simultaneously, which led to amazing opportunities like trying out for the USA and NCA teams. She’s a shining example of enthusiasm and care at Plumbing Outfitters.
Gregg Stroud
Gregg joined Plumbing Outfitters in 2020. He has a wide variety of prior work experience, mostly in heavy machinery operation. He resides in Coupland with his wife and is actually the father of our Master Plumber, Warren! He loves his beagle dog, Merle, playing guitar, fishing, and hanging out with his many grandchildren.
Carlos Ventura
Carlos joined Plumbing Outfitters in April of 2019 and graduated their apprenticeship program. He is a licensed plumber and a resident of Rockdale, Texas where he lives with his wife and children He enjoys spending time with his family and friends sitting around the backyard fire pit. You are likely to find him on the coast relaxing or reeling in the next big catch.
Noah Rinehart
Noah was born and raised in Smithville, Texas. He enjoys hunting, fishing and gaming with friends. He has two dogs that are full of energy and smothering him with love when he gets home. He has EMT and fire training and has lived in the Taylor area for nearly 4 years. Gig Em’!
Brandon Jones
Brandon joined our team in 2022 as a Journeyman Plumber. He was born in Georgetown but was raised in Coupland, and now resides in Taylor, TX. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, games, or spending quality time with family.
Melvin Haddix
Melvin has nearly 30 years of experience in the plumbing trade. He joined Plumbing Outfitters in 2023. He is passionate about training and bringing up younger guys to learn the craft. He also loves building relationships with customers and solving problems. When not working, you are likely to find him bass fishing with his son or spending time with his beautiful bride and granddaughter. He is a fan of mountain dew, the Dallas cowboys and good BBQ.
Kyle Leeper
Kyle is a licensed professional plumber who loves the daily challenge of solving new problems and being a champion for the trades. He lives in Taylor with his wife and daughter and enjoys spending time outdoors whenever he can. Kyle’s dedication to his craft and passion for the plumbing industry make him a valuable part of the team.
Chris Martinez
Before becoming a licensed journeyman plumber, Chris proudly served six years in the Air Force. He thrives on the daily challenges that plumbing presents, always thinking outside the box to find unique solutions. Chris values the opportunity to meet new people every day, keeping his work exciting and rewarding. In his free time, you’ll find him perfecting his lawn or playing Call of Duty. A devoted father of three, Chris lives in Taylor and is dedicated to providing top-notch service to his community.
Jorge Reyes
Jorge is a licensed professional plumber who thrives on tackling challenging plumbing issues. He believes in giving customers plenty of options to resolve their problems, ensuring the best solution for every situation. A resident of Taylor, Jorge is happily married with three kids. When he’s not on the job, you’ll likely find him coaching t-ball, enjoying the outdoors, or spending quality time with his close-knit family.
Aurelio Lopez
Before becoming a licensed tradesman plumber, Aurelio spent his days operating passenger trains in Austin as an engineer. Now, he brings that same precision and problem-solving to every plumbing job he tackles. In his free time, Aurelio loves grilling for family and friends, and he’s always ready to take on a cooking competition! His favorite part of the job is solving the tough plumbing challenges that others can’t fix, ensuring every customer is left with a lasting solution.
Matthew Ford
Matt has been proudly serving Central Texas for years and loves everything about this area! A man of many interests, he enjoys exploring the mountains, trying out new recipes, and antiquing in small Texas towns. He’s even flown a plane or two! Matt looks forward to bringing his passion for service and experience to help with all your plumbing needs.
