Warren Stroud is the Founder and Master Plumber behind Plumbing Outfitters. He began his plumbing career as an apprentice in 2005 and, over the years, developed expertise across nearly every facet of the trade — from new construction and remodels to residential service plumbing. That broad foundation, combined with a relentless commitment to craftsmanship, led him to establish Plumbing Outfitters. Today, Warren is passionate about raising the standard of the plumbing profession: restoring professionalism, integrity, and exceptional craftsmanship to an industry where homeowners often struggle to know who they can trust. As a Master Plumber and industry leader, he remains committed to developing skilled tradespeople, serving the Central Texas community, and ensuring every customer receives honest recommendations and quality work that stands the test of time.

Ashley Stroud is a Master Plumber, Co-Owner, and Chief Operating Officer of Plumbing Outfitters. As the company grew, Ashley became increasingly involved in every aspect of the business — from operations and marketing to recruiting, finance, and strategic leadership. Wanting to lead with both business expertise and technical credibility, she pursued her plumbing licenses while helping grow the company, ultimately earning her Master Plumber license. She believes strong leadership begins with understanding the trade, and has worked to become as confident on the technical side of the industry as she is in leading the business. Today, Ashley is passionate about developing leaders, mentoring the next generation of skilled trades professionals, and building a company where employees build meaningful careers while customers receive an exceptional experience. She believes businesses have the opportunity to elevate both the trades and the communities they serve through integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to continual improvement.
