About the Role
We're seeking a licensed plumber to join our elite field team and uphold our 5-star reputation across a 45-mile service area, including Taylor, Lakeway, Temple, Rockdale, and South Austin. As a pivotal part of our team, you'll deliver top-quality service while embodying our core values in every customer interaction.
Compensation
- Starting average $85,000 annually
- Uncapped commission — earn well beyond your base with performance-based bonuses

Your Ideal Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday · 8:00 AM start · typical end time 4:00 – 6:00 PM
- Full-time position — evenings and weekends off
What You Bring
- Licensed Plumber: Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License required
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience with a proven track record
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, diagnostics, and residential system repairs
- Tech-savvy and coachable — comfortable using technology and open to coaching
- Customer-first mindset — we believe in service over sales
