What You’ll Do:
• Assist licensed plumbers on service calls, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.
• Learn hands-on skills, including diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems.
• Keep your truck clean and organized, ensuring tools and materials are ready for each job.
• Maintain professionalism, wearing a company-provided uniform and following job protocols.
• Respond to office communications within two hours and participate in weekly training meetings.

About the Role
We are seeking a licensed plumber to join our elite field team and uphold our 5-star reputation across a 45-mile service area, including Taylor, Lakeway, Temple, Rockdale, and South Austin. As a pivotal part of our team, you’ll deliver top-quality service while embodying our core values in every customer interaction.
Compensation:
• Starting at average $85,000 annually
• Uncapped Commission: Earn well beyond your base with performance-based bonuses

What We’re Looking For
• Licensed Plumber: Must hold a Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience with a proven track record.
• Skillset: Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, diagnostics, and residential system repairs, with the ability to manage projects as needed.
• Tech-Savvy & Coachable: Comfortable using technology and open to coaching to improve skills.
• Customer-First Mindset: We believe in service over sales—our goal is to serve, educate, and provide top-tier plumbing solutions.

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first voice our customers hear. Your role is critical in making a 5-star first impression, ensuring smooth service scheduling, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Interaction & Call Handling:
• Answer incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring accurate information is captured.
• Maintain an 90%+ booking rate, following our structured call guidelines.
• Effectively overcome price objections with persuasive and positive communication.
• Handle customer follow-ups, ensuring every inquiry is resolved to satisfaction.
• Outbounding to bring in new lead opportunities for the company.
Scheduling & Service Coordination:
• Book and schedule service calls, working closely with dispatch to maintain an optimized schedule.
• Monitor and schedule leads from all lead sources.
Customer Experience & Follow-Ups:
• Perform follow-up calls on estimates and unscheduled work orders.
Data Accuracy & System Management:
• Maintain customer records in ServiceTitan, keeping data clean and up to date.
Collaboration & Team Involvement:
• Attend weekly Operations Day and monthly company huddle breakfasts
• Participate in ongoing CSR training to enhance communication and service skills.
• Support the General Manager and Customer Service Manager with administrative tasks or special projects.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills:
• 2+ years of CSR or dispatch experience (preferably in plumbing, HVAC, or a similar trade).
• Comfortable using ServiceTitan or other CRM/dispatching software (preferred but not required).
• Ability to multitask and move with precision urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong persuasive communication and active listening skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
Personality & Traits:
• Upbeat, positive, and friendly—a team player with a can-do attitude.
• Adaptable and resourceful, able to think critically under pressure.
• Empathetic and patient, ensuring every customer feels valued.

Work Experience & Background:
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or a similar trade is a plus.
• Past experience working in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
