Warren Stroud
Visionary & Master Plumber
Warren Stroud is the Owner and Founder of Plumbing Outfitters. He is local to central Texas; raised in Coupland, and currently resides in Granger with his wife, Ashley and children. Warren graduated in 2005 from his home-school program and began as a Plumbing Apprentice shortly after. He learned valuable technical skills in various areas of plumbing over the course of 12 years – ranging from new construction plumbing to residential service. He is passionate about bringing professionalism and craftsmanship back to the trades. When he is not plumbing or growing his business, you are likely to find him, playing guitar, camping with his family, or going on a kayaking adventure.
Ashley Stroud
Visionary & Marketing Manager
Ashley is a Journeyman Plumber and an Owner of Plumbing Outfitters. Prior to launching this family company she was an emergency room trauma nurse. She finds the excitement, stress, and adrenaline of owning a small business on par with that of her prior work history in the hospital. She married Warren, high school sweethearts, at the ripe age of 17 and they have been married almost 15 years. They are an adventurous family – you are likely to find them kayaking, camping, hiking, or playing outside most every weekend. Her passions include homeschooling her children and traveling.
Julia Adams
General Manager
Julia is the General Manager of Plumbing Outfitters. She joined the team back in 2020 and has almost a decade of experience managing the service industry. She is married to her husband, Mason, of 7 years and together they have two little girls. She is dedicated to her customers and ensuring all members of the team are providing a 5 star experience. She finds excitement in building new processes to ensure efficiency and open communication with customers. Her favorite quote is “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” by Maya Angelou. You are likely to find Julia at the neighborhood park with her kids on the weekend or just spending time with family in general.
Jess Shaw
Service Manager
Jess shaw joined Plumbing Outfitters in 2022. He has many years of experience in Residential Plumbing Services. He resides in Taylor with his wife and daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family, BBQing, hunting and fishing.
Damaris Ochoa
Customer Service Manager
Damaris “CiCi” Ochoa joined Plumbing Outfitters in 2023. She has many years of experience delivering 5 Star Customer Service in the Plumbing and Construction Industry. She lives in Manor with her Husband (Who is also a plumber) and is expecting their first child in October.
Gregg Stroud
Warehouse Manager
Gregg joined Plumbing Outfitters in 2020. He has a wide variety of prior work experience, mostly in heavy machinery operation. He resides in Coupland with his wife and is actually the father of our Master Plumber, Warren! He loves his beagle dog, Merle, playing guitar, fishing, and hanging out with his many grandchildren.
Carlos Ventura
Journeyman
Carlos joined Plumbing Outfitters in April of 2019 and graduated their apprenticeship program. He is a licensed plumber and a resident of Rockdale, Texas where he lives with his wife and son. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends sitting around the backyard fire pit. You are likely to find him on the coast relaxing or reeling in the next big catch.
William Stroud
Journeyman
William joined the Plumbing Outfitters team in July of 2019. He is a journeyman plumber who is passionate about providing top-notch customer service and unsurpassed quality of work. In his time off he enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife, two boys and darling daughter.
Noah Rinehart
Journeyman
Noah was born and raised in Smithville, Texas. He enjoys hunting, fishing and gaming with friends. He has two dogs that are full of energy and smothering him with love when he gets home. He has EMT and fire training and has lived in the Taylor area for nearly 4 years. Gig Em’!
Brandon Jones
Journeyman
Brandon joined our team in 2022 as a Journeyman Plumber. He was born in Georgetown but was raised in Coupland, and now resides in Taylor, TX. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, games, or spending quality time with family.
Melvin Haddix
Journeyman Plumber
Melvin has nearly 30 years of experience in the plumbing trade. He joined Plumbing Outfitters in 2023. He is passionate about training and bringing up younger guys to learn the craft. He also loves building relationships with customers and solving problems. When not working, you are likely to find him bass fishing with his son or spending time with his beautiful bride and granddaughter. He is a fan of mountain dew, the Dallas cowboys and good BBQ.
Casce Back
Journeyman
Casce grew up in Round Rock, Texas and now lives near Coupland with his wife and three children. He is an accomplished Journeyman plumber with vast experience in all things Plumbing! His hobbies include fishing, and spending time with his family. His dream vacation is to travel to Spain and his favorite thing about plumbing is, “Learning new things and solving problems for customers.”
Landen Platt
Tradesman
Landen grew up in Bryan, Tx. He loves the outdoors, fishing and you may find him doing a little gaming in his free time. His dream vacation would be to go to Florida and explore the mangrove forests. He has one cat who is 11 years old! His favorite thing about being a plumber: “the fulfillment you get from helping someone who is in need and the sense of pride you get from a job well done.”
Wade Bachmeyer
Residential Utility Installer
Wade joined Plumbing Outfitters in May of 2021. He was Born, raised, and resides in Thrall, Tx. He is a devoted husband to his wife and a father to a precious son. He loves the outdoors! Fishing and sports are the things he enjoys doing and watching, especially the Texas Rangers. He finds Random facts and learning new things oddly interesting. His main focus is pride in his work and the outcome of his labor.
Samantha Chicas
Marketing Assistant
Samantha joined the Plumbing Outfitters team in 2017 as our main Customer Service Advocate. She has since moved up to our Marketing Assistant. She currently resides in Taylor, TX with her husband and son. She is the youngest of 2 older brothers. Her hobbies include hiking, traveling, playing with her pups, or hanging out with family. Her dream vacation is a waterfall hike in Hawaii. Her favorite part of her job: “the people I work with”
Marina Page
Admin Lead
Marina resides in Taylor, TX. She has been married for 19 years and has 4 children with her husband, Keith. In her free time, you can find her watching her kiddos do what they love. Basketball, baseball, softball, football, gymnastics, or traveling.
Victoria Lopez
Project Lead
Victoria is from Taylor, TX and married her high school sweetheart after 9 years in September of 2021, she has two daughters and two fur babies. When not working, she is working on her small craft business and spending time with family.
Damaris Rodriguez
Customer Service Representative
Damaris joined the Plumbing Outfitters team in 2023. She lives in Rockdale with her husband and son. She loves providing 5 star service to her customers and finding solutions that will work with them. She loves baking in her free time, spending time with her family, and going to the beach!
